Open the App Store → tap your profile picture (top right) → tap "Purchased" → find the app → tap the download icon. iOS ties purchases to your Apple ID, not to us. We don't have a server that holds your purchase record.
No. Our apps cost between $0.99 and $12.99 once. No subscription, no trial, no in-app purchases. If you want to know whether an app is for you, the App Store description is the source of truth — there is no upsell on the other side of the install button.
Where it makes sense (Countdown, for example), the app uses iCloud Drive for sync. Sign in to iCloud on both devices with the same Apple ID and the data appears. We don't run our own sync server. For apps where sync isn't appropriate, the data stays on the device you created it on.
Tell us. Most updates come from user requests. A short email with what you'd like to see is enough.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the app, and tap "Report a Problem." We'll see the same report you do, but Apple is the one who decides.
